  • Provide remote IT support to team members across different locations and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Develop and maintain integrations, workflows, and automation across multiple systems.
  • Monitor and enhance system performance, backups, security protocols, and maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and updates.

This is a remote position.

About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled IT professionals to join our remote team as IT Specialists with expertise in CRM systems and Zoho applications. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing our IT systems, with a strong focus on Zoho tools (CRM, Recruit, Projects, Desk, etc.). You will also support integrations, workflows, and automation processes while ensuring the overall efficiency and security of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, configure, and optimize Zoho applications (CRM, Recruit, Projects, Desk, and others).

  • Develop and maintain integrations, workflows, and automation across multiple systems.

  • Monitor and enhance system performance, backups, and security protocols.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure IT solutions align with business needs.

  • Maintain proper documentation of IT processes, configurations, and updates.
