Program Delivery - Agile Teams / Oracle - NV1

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Agile Team Member to support our Oracle project delivery. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our Oracle solutions and ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  
• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to facilitate project progress.
  
• Assist in documenting user stories, processes, and workflows related to Oracle applications.
  
• Provide assistance to users, addressing queries and enhancing their experience with Oracle systems.
  
• Contribute ideas for improving Agile processes and the overall efficiency of Oracle projects.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  
• Basic understanding of Oracle applications and database concepts.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
