Roles & Responsibilities

5+ years of experience with NodeJS, React, NextJS, and PostgreSQL
Proven track record of bringing at least one product to live launch (references are a plus)
Strong organizational and project management skills; expertise in React and Node.js, particularly with Next.js
Proficiency with MySQL and PostgreSQL; familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices

Your Role:

As a Fullstack Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our FinTech platform. You’ll be involved in the entire development process, from front-end design to back-end architecture, ensuring our applications are robust, responsive, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development: Bring our graphic designers' visions to life by implementing responsive and cross-platform web designs.
Back-End Development: Design and develop scalable server-side solutions, manage databases, and ensure seamless integration.
API Design & Development: Create and maintain APIs that meet both technical and customer-specific requirements.
Maintenance & Scaling: Oversee the performance, maintenance, and scalability of our cloud-based servers and databases.
Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers and other team members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years with our core tech stack: NodeJS, React, NextJS & PostgreSQL
Track Record: Proven experience in bringing at least one product live (references are a plus!).
Skills:

Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Expertise in React and NodeJs, especially in combination with NextJS.
Proficiency in database technologies, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with a basic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience working in a startup environment.
Familiarity with big data solutions like Hadoop or similar.
Basic knowledge of neural networks.
