Job description

This is a remote position.

A dynamic digital agency is seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing/Advertising Specialist to assist with day-to-day paid social marketing and paid search activities. This role requires expertise in social media advertising and the ability to execute high-level campaigns


 Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize paid social marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Execute and manage paid search campaigns.
  • Develop and implement effective digital advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the team to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.



  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid social and search campaigns (minimum of 3 years preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to create, manage, and optimize campaigns to achieve specific KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in a digital agency environment.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is a plus.
