As a Business Development Manager, you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company’s business growth and building market position. 

 

Responsibilities


  • Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion 
  • Document business development activities
  • Present our products and services to new clients
  • Conduct market research regularly
  • Build strategies for specified markets
  • Identify key markets
  • Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets
  • Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients
  • Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts
  • Attend major industry events 

 

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • Fluency in Japanese is essential for this position
  • Fluency in English 
  • 4+ years in a similar role or as the head of a region within the financial sector
  • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps
  • Ability to face constant challenges, and adapt to changes
  • Ability to keep a proactive position in running a business
  • Ability to travel when required
