  • Preferably 1-2 years of recruiting experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong command of the English language, both oral and written

  • Post job ads across recruitment channels and create creative campaigns to highlight the company's presence
  • Conduct initial and behavioral interviews and endorse qualified candidates to clients; assist with subsequent hiring steps
  • Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system; provide timely feedback to candidates; submit daily performance reports; and meet key performance indicators

Title: Recruitment Associate

Department: Recruitment Operations

Hours of Operations: Day shift

Reporting Manager: Recruitment Team Lead

Location: San Juan City, Metro Manila

Work Setup: Hybrid (WFH and Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet hiring needs.
  • Post job ads through different recruitment channels.
  • Ensure the companys presence is highlighted by posting creative and compelling job campaigns.
  • Conducts initial and behavioral interviews.
  • Endorses qualified candidates to clients and assists on the next hiring process.
  • Provides timely feedback to candidates. Answers inquiries, follow ups, concerns of candidates.
  • Maintain candidate records and document all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
  • Submits individual daily report on performance.
  • Meets key performance indicators
  • Collaborates with client POCs in identifying the details of the requisition, the qualifications and job description
  • Perform other duties when necessary.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course or has relevant experience
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of recruiting experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong command of the English language both oral and written
  • Candidates must be customer-oriented, highly organized, and detail oriented
  • Candidates must be highly flexible to increasing/changing demands
  • Candidates must be proactive with good problem-solving skills
  • Candidates should be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Amenable to work on holidays and on weekends if necessary
  • Must have at least 10mbps of internet service
  • Must have own laptop/desktop (will be given asset upon regularization)
