  • Use Salesforce CRM (SFDC), ZoomInfo to create or enrich records, Zoom for Webinars.

Illumio’s Marketing Operations team is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to assist the Marketing Automation Manager with daily campaign operations and reporting.

  • Assist the Marketing Automation Manager with Marketo list imports, campaign builds and reviews, program execution, and database reporting.
  • Communicate with request stakeholders on ticket status and clarification
  • Use other marketing ops tools, like Salesforce CRM (SFDC), ZoomInfo to create or enrich records, Zoom for Webinars, etc.
  • Meet regularly with the Marketing Automation Manager to review requests and remove roadblocks
  • Document processes and assist teammates with system processes
  • 2 years of B2B marketing operations or automation experience.
  • Marketo and Salesforce experience. Certifications are a plus.

    Able to work in the US Eastern time zone from 9 am to 5 pm
