Overview

Outsource Ability, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to prospecting, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This role is essential in building a healthy sales pipeline and supporting the organisations growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels including online platforms, databases, and networking.
  • Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce products or services.
  • Qualification: Assess prospects needs and determine their suitability for the companys offerings.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demonstrations for senior sales representatives.

Qualifications
