Overview

Outsource Ability, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to develop and deliver high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This role is essential in supporting brand identity, marketing initiatives, and overall visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Develop engaging graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital media.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative solutions.
  • Digital Assets: Create graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
  • Print Materials: Design brochures, posters, and other promotional materials as required.
  • Concept Development: Translate ideas and briefs into creative design concepts.
  • Feedback Implementation: Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creative output.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in delivering visually appealing designs.
