1x Senior Delphi Developer

Core responsibilities:

Maintain and improve our proprietary Delphi application.  Liaise with team members to identify and resolve software defects.  Collaborate with stakeholders on new features and write user requirements documentation. Write clean code or refactor existing code following coding standards.  Manage current technology stack and conducting feasibility studies for upgraded software systems.  Create and execute comprehensive test plans

What we are looking for: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Delphi Developer - Strong proficiency in Delphi programming language and related technologies - Experience maintaining and improving large-scale Delphi applications - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices - Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and gather user requirements - Familiarity with coding standards and ability to write clean, efficient code - Experience conducting feasibility studies and managing technology stack - Proven ability to create and execute comprehensive test plans - Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy - Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
