Loan Processor/ Broker Support Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2+ years' experience in a broker's office lodging 3-4 loan applications per week
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets/Drive/Mail/Calendar and strong data management
  • Experience with MYCRM or similar aggregator software; willing to be trained
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, accuracy, and proactiveness

Requirements:

  • Support broker/loan writer from discovery call through to loan approval, including sending Hello Pack and information requests and following up with clients for outstanding documents
  • Lodge and manage client files in Google Drive; perform data entry in MYCRM and prepare borrowing capacity information in Quickli
  • Prepare and submit lender applications, pricing/valuation requests, and upload supporting documents
  • Coordinate timelines, calendar scheduling, hand over files to settlements manager, and provide weekly performance updates via Google Sheets

  • 2+ yrs experience in brokers office lodging 3-4 loan applications/wk minimum Google Sheets / Drive / Mail / Calendar Updating Quickli MyCrm or similar aggregator software - be trained and ready to go AOL - be trained and ready to go 
  • Accuracy of data inputting Written + Verbal - internal with team and externally via phone and email 
  • Teamwork Proactiveness

Core responsibilities:

  • Supporting broker/loan writer fully from discovery call through to approval 
  • Sending out Hello Pack/Request for information 
  • Following up clients via email requesting/chasing outstanding info and documents 
  • Setup client files up in Google Drive Packaging up Documentation + Validating Info ready for broker/loan writer research Pricing + Valuation Requests MYCRM 
  • Data Entry Completing Quickli with borrowing capacity information ready for broker/loan writer to complete 
  • Apply Online Data Entry & Upload of Supporting Documents Prep lender application forms Lodging approx min 4-5 applications/wk once sign off from broker/loan writer 
  • Submission Follow up with Lenders regarding applications Client updates with further information/documentation required (if applicable) 
  • Time management & scheduling calendar 
  • Handing over files to the settlements manager (internal and external) 
  • Weekly updating of Individual/Team Performance via Google Sheets figures and reporting
