Qualifications

Strong experience in SAP Change Management using Solution Manager, SAP ChaRM, Focused Build, and SAP Transport Management System (STMS) to move changes across multiple SAP environments.
Proven ability to apply IT change management practices including change freezes, migration windows, production deployments, SAP updates, and system upgrades to maintain system integrity and availability.
Experience working in a global Agile environment with cross-functional teams, effective communication across regions, and on-call support including weekend coverage; participation in disaster recovery.
Ability to coordinate change scheduling with process, technical, and project teams and drive incident/problem resolution related to change management.

Responsibilities

Provide Follow The Sun (FTS) change management support for all SAP systems, including change freezes and migration windows for production environments, SAP updates, and system upgrade activities.
Use SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, Focused Build, and STMS to move changes across more than 30 environments across three layers and N+1 environments.
Participate in a global Agile team and implement and maintain change governance controls within SAP systems to ensure system integrity and availability.
Resolve incidents and problems related to change management across all SAP environments; communicate daily with a large number of process and technical teams; identify opportunities to improve efficiency; serve as the primary contact for scheduling changes with process, technical, and project teams; participate in disaster recovery and on-call support.

Position Description Summary:
O Application Change Management System Engineer é responsável pela integridade geral do sistema e pela coordenação com outras equipes de suporte de TI para gerenciar mudanças nos sistemas dentro do escopo. Isso se aplica principalmente, mas não se limita, a sistemas SAP.

Detailed Description and Tasks Performed:
Este cargo inclui, mas não se limita, às seguintes responsabilidades:

Suporte à gestão de mudanças Follow The Sun (FTS) para todos os sistemas SAP, incluindo atividades de congelamento de mudanças e janelas de migração para o ambiente produtivo, atualizações SAP e atividades de atualização do sistema.
Uso de Solution Manager, SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM), Focused Build e SAP Transport Management System (STMS) para mover mudanças de aplicação através de mais de 30 ambientes de 3 camadas, bem como ambientes N+1.
Participação em uma equipe Ágil global.
Implementação e manutenção de controles de gestão de mudanças dentro dos sistemas SAP para garantir a integridade/disponibilidade do sistema.

Comunicação global diária com um grande número de equipes de processo e técnica.
Identificação e aproveitamento de oportunidades para tornar o suporte mais eficiente dentro das equipes.
Ponto de contato principal para equipes de processo, equipes técnicas e equipes de projeto na programação de mudanças para projetos e pequenas tarefas de trabalho, auxiliando na gestão de mudanças.
Disponibilidade para suporte fora do horário comercial (on-call), com cobertura de 3 regiões geográficas e suporte limitado nos finais de semana.
Participação no processo de recuperação de desastres (Disaster Recovery).
