Our client is looking for a Paid Ads Media Buyer to join their growing remote team full time.
They operate in the digital marketing and consulting space, helping service-based businesses scale through data-driven strategies and measurable performance improvements over the past few years.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing. The right candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of campaigns from strategy to optimization. They are confident working independently, yet collaborative when needed. Most importantly, they make decisions based on data, not guesswork.
They are looking for someone with strong English communication skills, a positive and professional attitude, and a natural drive to continuously test, improve, and deliver results.
Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs and data insights
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking
• Implement A B testing strategies for creatives, copy, and targeting
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
• Create clear and structured performance reports
• Collaborate with internal team members through Slack and Monday
• Develop ad creatives or coordinate creative needs using Canva
• Maintain organized documentation using Google Suite
• Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and identify growth opportunities

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

Qualifications
• Experience working with service-based or coaching businesses is a plus
• Experience using GHL
• Familiarity with performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
