Job description

That's why were partnering with a fast-growing international investment and industrial group to find a Buyer (Enterprise Shared Services) for their growing Shared Service Center.

About the Role:

As a Buyer, you will support procurement operations within a Shared Service Center environment, managing purchase orders, supplier interactions, and contract administration. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth purchasing processes, compliance with internal policies, and overall procurement efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage purchase orders, outline agreements, and procurement data in SAP and e-procurement systems
  • Monitor order confirmations, delivery timelines, and quantities to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors, resolving claims and minor invoice discrepancies
  • Support tendering and RFQ processes for low- to mid-value purchases
  • Maintain procurement systems, catalogues, and centralized procurement mailboxes
  • Ensure compliance of purchase requisitions with internal policies and procedures
  • Analyze purchasing data and support improvements in procurement processes

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or SSC operations is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with SAP MM and MS Office tools
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and purchasing workflows
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English; additional European language (German or French) is a plus
