• Proofread loan submissions and accurately input data into loan submission portals.
• Provide timely feedback to brokers on any issues or discrepancies to prevent declines or deferrals during the loan submission process

• Exceptional data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe applications.
• College graduate.
• Experience managing financial campaigns.
• Familiarity with Australian brokerage-related campaigns.
• Exposure to Broker Engine Dashboard and Apply Online platforms.

• Excellent file management and organizational skills.
• Strong business correspondence skills, including professional email communication.
• High proficiency in English verbal communication (9/10).
