We are looking for a Technical Product Delivery Lead to act as the connective tissue between business, product, and engineering — ensuring ideas translate into reliable, scalable, and well-executed technical delivery.

The Role

You are the delivery owner and execution driver, deeply involved in how and when features are delivered, not just what gets built.

You translate business requirements into clear epics, stories, and priorities, coordinate engineering and design teams, manage dependencies, and ensure successful releases.

You also work hands-on with technical systems, investigating issues, reviewing logs, validating features, and ensuring stability after deployment.

You enable teams to operate efficiently through clear documentation, structured delivery processes, and effective tooling.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into clear scope, epics, and actionable tasks
• Own backlog prioritisation and delivery timelines
• Coordinate frontend, backend, mobile, and design teams
• Manage dependencies across parallel workstreams
• Investigate issues, validate features, and ensure production readiness
• Coordinate releases and verify system behaviour post-deployment
• Maintain delivery clarity through documentation and structured workflows
• Support complex initiatives such as migrations and platform evolution

Requirements

• Experience in Technical Product Management, Delivery, or similar roles
• Experience in the FinTech industry (preferably smaller teams)
• Strong understanding of software delivery and engineering environments
• Ability to work closely with engineers and investigate technical issues
• Highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
