  • Analytical mindset with a focus on KPI analysis and deriving actionable improvements.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and funnel-building tools (e.g., Clickfunnels); familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity); and knowledge of KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPM, AOV, CAC, ROAS) with the ability to interpret them and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the internal marketing team (7 members) and external partners to maximize performance through coaching and motivation.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen the company's market position.
  • Analyze and report marketing metrics to management and derive optimization opportunities; prioritize tasks and resources for effective execution.
  • Manage financial resources, including budget planning and monitoring, to maximize efficiency and achieve ROAS targets.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und effiziente Koordination sowohl des internen Marketing-Teams (7 Mitglieder) als auch externer Partner, mit dem Ziel, durch motivierende Maßnahmen, individuelles Coaching und Förderung die bestmögliche Leistung der Teammitglieder zu gewährleisten
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien und -kampagnen zur Stärkung der Marktposition
  • Analyse und Reporting von Marketingkennzahlen an die Geschäftsführung, sowie Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Priorisierung von Aufgaben und Ressourcen zur effektiven Umsetzung der Marketingziele
  • Effektives Management der finanziellen Ressourcen zur Maximierung der Effizienz, einschließlich Budgetplanung und -überwachung, um sicherzustellen, dass die ROAS-Ziele erreicht werden.

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Online Marketing mit Führungserfahrung und einem starken Blick für die Trends und Entwicklungen im Online Marketing
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen mit einer besonderen Stärke für KPI-Analysen und Ableitung von Verbesserungen
  • Solide Grundlagen in der Anwendung von Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager und Funnelbuilding-Tools wie Clickfunnels 
  • Vertrautheit mit Analyse-Tools wie Google Analytics, Hotjar und Microsoft Clarity
