Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust back-end systems and architectures
Integrate and optimize various back-end services implementing domain-driven design with hexagonal architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent architecture and enhanced performance
Implement and oversee integration of new tools like Temporal.io into existing systems
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

Required experience:

Minimum of four years of hands-on experience in back-end development
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and back-end development frameworks like nest.js
Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and database design
Familiarity with implementing authentication protocols and identity management
Strong experience designing and implementing both synchronous and asynchronous (REST) APIs
Strong experience developing for/in distributed systems and containerized environments (Kubernetes / AWS ECS)
Proficient understanding of communication protocols: WebSocket, REST, and GraphQL
