Responsibilities:

• Monitor local trends and market information in the local language region, synchronize with headquarters, and provide localized perspective analysis.
  
• Participate in the development of the brand marketing and operational framework for the local language region, driving the implementation of brand communication content that aligns with local culture.
  
• Write and optimize PR content for local vertical media to enhance the brand’s exposure and influence in the professional field.
  
• Possess market launch and promotional experience, assist in formulating and executing localized promotion strategies, and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.
  
• Support the planning and execution of local offline events in the local language region, responsible for local logistics coordination and client liaison (meeting clients) to ensure efficient event and business execution.
  
• Provide localized support to various functions at headquarters, including identifying hot topics for brand marketing, coordinating local channels for advertising, and sourcing scalable local websites for SEO.
  
• Assist in streamlining localized operational workflows and contribute to the development of standardized procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in localization operations, marketing, or PR; experience in offline event execution and logistics coordination is preferred.
• Familiar with the culture, social platforms, and media ecosystem of the local language region; capable of PR content writing and market promotion optimization; understands local logistics and business coordination processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently connect headquarters, local media, partners, and clients.
• Proactive thinking and execution ability, with strong delivery, business negotiation skills, and responsibility.
• Knowledge of the Portuguese-speaking region’s Web3 ecosystem, with successful PR collaboration or market promotion cases in vertical media.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential; fluency in Chinese will be an advantage
