Who We're Looking For:

• Highly Organized: Excellent skills in organizing and managing complex billing tasks.
  
• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail, particularly in handling billing data and financial records.
  
• Proactive Communication: Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, insurers, and healthcare providers.
  
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in medical billing work is required.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with medical billing software (e.g., Athena, AdvancedMD, NextGen), ICD-10 and CPT coding, and familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid billing guidelines is a plus, but not necessary.
