Customer Service Representative

Join our dynamic team in a pivotal role focused on providing top-notch customer service. As a key player in our customer engagement division, you'll be instrumental in addressing customer complaints, offering effective solutions, and ensuring a seamless follow-up process to resolve any issues our valued customers face.

What You'll Do:

  • Utilize various customer service tools and systems to log and track customer interactions.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to quickly understand and solve customer issues.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working with various customer service software and tools.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service is required. Experience with systems such as Help Desk Software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud), Live Chat Tools (e.g., Intercom, LiveChat, Drift), Knowledge Base/FAQ Systems, Call Center Software, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools is a plus but not necessary.
