Fusion HCM Consultant (Payroll) – P2/P3/P4

  • Good business knowledge in the Oracle Fusion Payroll functional area e.g., Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas writing / amending / understanding etc.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in designing, Implementing & supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
  • Good understanding of the payroll business environment and constraints, to add value through the definition and delivery of information available from the Oracle Fusion Payroll module.
  • 7+ years’ experience of full-lifecycle Oracle Payroll implementations including Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience into at least 1+ Payroll Implementations into Fusion HCM Global Payroll Module, preferably USA.
  • Proven experience configuring within the Oracle Fusion application modules.
  • Understanding of various integration touchpoints with other modules specifically Benefits, Time & Labor and absences.
  • Knowledge on configuring & utilizing standard available connectors for different payroll providers like ADP etc.
  • Additional Oracle Fusion knowledge of HCM is preferable.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Fusion HCM Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Oracle Fusion Payroll functional area, including the ability to write, amend, and understand Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oracle Fusion Payroll Expertise: Possess good business knowledge and expertise in the Oracle Fusion Payroll functional area. This includes proficiency in writing, amending, and understanding Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas.

2. Design and Implementation: Act as a subject matter expert in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions. Utilize your expertise to configure and customize the system to meet payroll requirements.

3. Payroll Business Environment: Have a solid understanding of the payroll business environment, including relevant constraints and regulations. Provide value by defining and delivering accurate and actionable information from the Oracle Fusion Payroll module.

4. Full-lifecycle Payroll Implementations: Demonstrate at least 7+ years of experience in full-lifecycle Oracle Payroll implementations, with a specific focus on Oracle Fusion. This includes experience in at least one implementation of Fusion HCM Global Payroll Module, preferably in the USA.

5. Configuration and Integration: Proven experience in configuring Oracle Fusion application modules, including integration touchpoints with other modules such as Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absences. Knowledge of configuring and utilizing standard connectors for various payroll providers like ADP is desirable.

6. Additional Fusion HCM Knowledge: Possessing additional knowledge of other Oracle Fusion HCM modules is advantageous.

Qualifications:

- Strong expertise and understanding of Oracle Fusion Payroll, including experience with Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
- Familiarity with the payroll business environment and its constraints, with the ability to deliver valuable insights and information.
- 7+ years of full-lifecycle Oracle Payroll implementation experience, with specific expertise in Oracle Fusion.
- Experience in at least one implementation of Fusion HCM Global Payroll Module, preferably in the USA.
- Proficiency in configuring Oracle Fusion application modules and integrating them with other modules.
- Knowledge of standard connectors for payroll providers like ADP is advantageous.
- Additional knowledge of other Oracle Fusion HCM modules is preferred.
