Job description

Business Developer/Sales Expert - we’re looking for a French-speaking commercial / business developer who has hands-on experience selling IT recruitment services (staffing / RPO / outsourcing / nearshoring) to medium-sized companies in France (SMEs/ETIs).

Your mission is to open doors, generate qualified meetings, and generate new and recurring business. 

What you’ll do:
  • Build and execute outbound strategy to reach SMEs/ETIs in France.
  • Identify decision makers (HRD, CTO, Engineering Managers, CEOs).
  • Run discovery calls, qualify needs, and pitch our recruiting solutions.
  • Set up qualified meetings for deeper technical/solution discussions.
  • Manage pipeline in CRM and report weekly progress.
  • Help refine positioning and messaging for the French market.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot/ etc.
  • Track record of opening new accounts in mid-market France
  • Comfortable with cold outreach + consultative selling
  • Understanding of tech roles and hiring pain points
  • Organized, KPI-driven, and independent

Nice to have:
  • Existing network in French SMEs/ETIs
