Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing data to answer questions, analysing data trends, generating insights, and supporting decision-making processes to drive business growth and efficiency.


Responsibilities:


 Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
 Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
 Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and projects.
 Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.


Key Measurable:


 Accuracy and timeliness of data analysis and reporting.
 Number of actionable insights generated per quarter.
 Improvement in business processes based on data-driven recommendations.
 User satisfaction with dashboards and reports.
 Contribution to achieving business goals and KPIs.



Requirements


Minimum Professional Experience:


 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
 Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
 Advanced experience in Excel
 Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Reporting and Visualization Tool Experience:


 Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
 Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
 Advanced knowledge of Tableau for creating interactive dashboards.
 Familiarity with Power BI for business intelligence reporting.
 Understanding of Excel for data organization and basic analysis.


Beneficial Certifications or Qualifications:


 Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or equivalent certification.
 Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst.
 Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
 Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
 Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
