Job description

This is a remote position.

People Partner

We at 21K school have the vision to make world-class education easy and accessible to all, “world-class education for your world”. With an ever-changing world, we saw a very limited change happening in the world of education that rarely prepared us with skills needed to be able to have our desired career choices. At 21K we believe in preparing our kids with a complete balance of all necessary skills which is essential to have a happy life and so does for our employees. Objectives & Key Results.

As we progress on our journey towards establishing a reimagined way of working by having a cohesive culture and people partnering model, you will play a key role.

Initially, you will be deeply involved in the preparation and execution of strategies for Employee value proposition, embedding the new ways of working, new HR processes and technology (Zoho), supporting team leaders through the transition.

Build strong relationships with leaders and their teams and be their main point of contact and sparring partner on all people matters.
Participating in execution and implementation of Org wide OKRs
Designing Value proposition activities
Participating in the initiative of designing a unique candidate experience process and enabling high-performance systems
Resolve employee relations issue support and advise leaders.
Design and develop action plans with real-time data insights.
