About the Role
The Country Manager will lead the brands commercial growth and strategic development across Korea. You will design and execute a market strategy that increases revenue, strengthens market positioning, and creates long-term business value. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through a structured and ambitious market strategy.
  • Build and manage partnerships, affiliates, and commercial collaborations across Korea.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities based on market trends and customer insights.
  • Strengthen the company's brand presence across online and offline channels.
  • Gather and analyse performance data, forecast results, and meet quarterly and annual business targets.
  • Serve as the main local representative at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Work closely with international departments including product, marketing, and compliance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven commercial background in business development, partnerships, or country management within the Korean market.
  • Deep understanding of the Korean business environment and commercial ecosystem.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and make strong business decisions.
  • Results-oriented approach with experience working toward ambitious targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to serve as a high-level representative of the brand.
