Job description

Role Type: Full Time, Remote
Hours: Tuesday to Friday (7:00 am – 11:30 am SAST) & Saturday to Sunday (12:30 am – 11:30am SAST)

Salary Range: R16 700 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls by either forwarding relevant calls or addressing inquiries directly.
  • Manage inbound social media communications to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize the company's booking system as needed to assist customers with reservations and inquiries.
  • Send follow-up text messages during or after phone calls to provide additional information or confirm details.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in handling phone inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to think logically and apply common sense in problem-solving scenarios.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and navigating software applications.
