  • Manage and optimize CRM workflows within Monday.com, including data updates, task management, and the creation of automated processes for improved team performance.
  • Support the marketing team by assisting in the creation and management of content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging brand representation.
  • Strong ability to conduct detailed research and analytical tasks to support business development efforts.
  • Proficient in CRM software, preferably Monday.com, with the capability to manage databases and automate workflows effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in handling confidential and complex documents, with a keen understanding of term sheet preparation and client communication.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation, including the ability to draft engaging posts and monitor social interactions.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and strategies to support promotional activities and enhance online presence.
  • Aptitude for learning and integrating new technologies that enhance sales and marketing processes.
