Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and monitor KPIs to ensure performance targets are met
Update and maintain accurate client details in the system
Upload referral PDFs to client profiles within the Practice Management System (PMS)
Enter client data received via email, chat, or phone into the PMS
Communicate with patients via email, phone, and live chat to:
Collect missing or relevant information
Answer inquiries
Relay information from psychologists
Complete daily operational checklists
Ensure all upcoming appointments are properly booked, rescheduled, or cancelled
Communicate with psychologists in a timely and professional manner

Proven leadership experience
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Fast and efficient computer/IT skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to quickly learn and understand Medicare requirements
High level of attention to detail
