We’re looking for a driven and strategic Account Executive to join our ANZ Sales team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of helping mid-market and enterprise retailers unlock their potential with our world-class product suite. You won't just sell retail platforms, you’ll craft tailored solutions that truly move the needle for our customers. 

You’ll collaborate with brilliant pre-sales and product specialists to deliver buying experiences that delight and inspire.

  • Own the full sales cycle for new opportunities across our commerce and retail platforms (Neto, Retail Express, Marketing Cloud, Merchandising Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud).
  • Prospect, qualify, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise retail/e-commerce customers. 
  • Build account plans and lead value-based sales conversations tailored to each customer’s goals. 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure customers grow with us. 
  • Keep your pipeline sharp and forecasts accurate. 
  • Represent Maropost at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements. 
  • Knowledge of retail workflows (eCommerce, POS, CX, Martech, logistics - all a plus!). 
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (ideally in SaaS or retail tech). 
  • A proven track record selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts. 
  • Strong discovery, solution selling, and closing skills. 
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders, including C-suite executives. 
  • A self-starter mindset and passion for delivering customer value. 
  • Comfort working independently in a remote-first environment.

  • Sales Methodology experience - MEDDPICC, BANT, SPIN, Challenger, Sandler
