Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mid-market segment
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and outreach
Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs
Develop and execute account strategies to close complex deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Minimum 5 years of experience selling IT solutions, preferably SaaS products
Proven track record of hunting new business and building pipeline from scratch
Strong prospecting skills with experience in cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Experience with CRM system, Salesforce
