  • Report to Senior Managers in behalf of the tender providing quality data with good clarity, contributing to decision making processes

As a Tender and Sales Support Specialist within the Global Center of Competence for Power Quality, you will have the opportunity to lead teams of 5-20 people located locally and remotely, building competitive and comprehensive bids, driving the tender process and managing target costing and risk/opportunities analysis. An analytical mindset is desired, as you will define the tender strategy, prepare and present data to Senior Management and be the key contact inside the Global Center of Competence towards the business and customers for the tenders you will be responsible for.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire tender process from initial inquiry, submission, negotiation and handover to operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, technical documentation and commercial terms in conjunction with sales and technical teams.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of tender documents, templates, best practices and Win/loss analysis, helping to improve efficiency and effectiveness of tenders.

  • Report to Senior Managers in behalf of the tender providing quality data with good clarity, contributing to decision making processes.

  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations as required, representing Hitachi Energy in a professional manner.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management, sales support, or a similar role within a B2B environment, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.

  • Strong understanding of commercial terms and conditions, contract law, and risk management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage but not a must.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
