Job description

This is a remote position.


We are seeking a high-potential Chief of Staff to partner directly with our COO and executive team. This role is a strategic leadership development opportunity. As Chief of Staff, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, operations, and strategy — driving mission-critical initiatives, enabling executives to move faster, and ensuring the business scales smoothly. You’ll combine technical and analytical rigor with strong communication skills, shaping decisions at the highest level while building the foundations for your own future as an executive leader.

Responsibilities:
  • Special Projects & BI-Driven Insights: Lead high-impact projects involving technical, analytical, or operational components. Drive Business Intelligence initiatives, translating complex data into clear insights and executive recommendations.
  • Process Engineering & Workflow Automation: Identify bottlenecks and design scalable, optimized workflows. Leverage automation and technology to improve efficiency and accelerate delivery.
  • Executive Operations & Communication: Create and deliver executive-level communications (dashboards, performance reviews, townhalls, all-hands). Provide structure and clarity to decision-making across the leadership team.
  • Strategic Alignment & OKRs: Facilitate company-wide OKR planning and tracking. Ensure alignment across teams and accountability to measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Act as a connector across departments, ensuring smooth collaboration. Step into critical operational functions when needed, maintaining business continuity.
  • Emerging Tech & AI Integration: Proactively identify and apply new technologies — especially AI/ML — to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and create strategic advantages.



Requirements


Must-Haves
  • 3–6 years in engineering, product, operations, or consulting roles at the intersection of tech + process.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience (software, data, or systems preferred).
  • Proven success in process optimization, workflow automation, or BI/data initiatives.
  • Strong AI literacy with hands-on experience applying AI/LLM tools for productivity, automation, or analytics.
  • Proficiency in advanced tools for project management, BI, and collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable; thrives in high-growth, dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience creating executive-ready presentations and reports.
  • Fluent in English

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in fast-scaling startups or tech environments.
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycles and/or revenue operations.
  • Background in strategic consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.) combined with hands-on technical execution.
