Job description

Our client is an asset management and advisory group headquartered in Singapore, they are seeking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Support professional to provide administrative and compliance-related assistance. 

The role involves supporting internal coordination, managing documentation, and assisting in regulatory and corporate governance tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote office administrative support, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Support compliance activities such as maintaining registers, tracking deadlines, and coordinating filings.
  • Assist with document control, internal recordkeeping, and coordination with third-party service providers.
  • Conduct basic research, fee/service comparisons to support operational decisions.

Candidate Qualities & Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative or compliance support roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and follow-through.
