We're looking for a curious, driven, and detail-oriented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our founding design team. You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital Experience to lead discovery, design execution, and delivery across responsive websites, mobile apps, digital platforms, and systems. You’ll also help shape our internal processes, contribute to scalable systems, and bring clarity to complex digital problems

• Lead discovery: user personas, competitor research, journey maps, wireframes, and flows.
• Own the whole product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery.
• Translate insights into clean, thoughtful UX/UI designs (web + mobile)
• Design for responsive web and native mobile apps
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable components in Figma
• Collaborate with devs and project managers to ensure smooth handoff and delivery
• Create accessible, scalable design solutions that adhere to best practices
• Use Miro for remote collaboration and concept mapping
• Report progress to the Head of Digital Experience and work closely with Account Managers for delivery oversight

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced digital environment
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design (web and app UI/UX) Mastery of Figma including prototyping, component libraries, auto layout and variants.
• Build and maintain the whole design system
• Experience with mobile-first design and native app UX patterns
• Understanding of WCAG 2.2 and accessibility best practices
• Ability to work independently while leading projects with strategic thinking
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of dev handoff processes and stakeholder requirements 

• Experience in education, government, e-commerce or fintech sectors
• 1/3 Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Framer, Jira, Uizard, Galileo AI, Useberry and Maze for remote usability testing
• Comfort working across multiple time zones and remote teams
