Job description

A Bit About Us

We’re at the forefront of one of the most exciting evolutions of our generation - remote staffing. No longer do employers have to hire according to geography, and no longer do employees have to worry about proximity to work and daily commutes. Today, companies can hire the best talent they can find, anywhere in the world. But they need digital solutions to help them streamline the process…

We are Multiplier! Our global employment platform empowers companies to hire people all across the world by managing the complexities of local compliance, labor contracts, payroll, benefits and taxes - all from one software system. It’s a game changer!

We’re on a mission to impact economies of scale by enabling companies to hire the best candidate for the job, regardless of location. We’re backed by some of the best in the game (Sequoia and Golden Gate Ventures), led by domain level experts, growing, and seeking brilliant like minded enthusiasts to join our team.

About the Role

We're building the most effective partnerships org in the global employment space — and we’re just getting started. As our second Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll step into a critical role focused on launching and scaling our most strategic partnerships with top-tier HRIS platforms like Workday, ADP and UKG. These are not plug-and-play partnerships — they require commercial savviness, project management precision, and relationship-building excellence.

This is not an entry-level BD role. You’ll be expected to lead from day one — shaping joint GTM motions, unlocking lead flow, and serving as the connective tissue between our partners and our sales, marketing, and RevOps teams. You’ll also have a voice in how we grow the partnerships function from here, helping to set the bar for execution and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the relationship with strategic partners from post-signature through activation, pipeline development, and revenue impact

  • Lead activation efforts across top-down relationship building, joint marketing, sales enablement, integration go-lives, marketplace launches, etc.

  • Drive GTM execution — ensuring our sales and marketing teams are equipped and aligned to pursue partner-generated opportunities

  • Collaborate deeply with internal teams including RevOps, Sales, Partner Marketing, and Product to operationalize and scale each partnership

  • Act as the partner’s advocate internally, while also holding partners accountable for performance and joint commitments

  • Report on and improve partner performance metrics: lead flow, influenced pipeline, sourced revenue, etc.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8+ years in strategic partnerships, channel sales, business development, or ecosystem GTM roles (HR tech experience strongly preferred)

  • Proven experience owning and activating high-touch partnerships

  • A track record of driving pipeline and revenue through partnerships — not just managing logos

  • Self-starter DNA — you don’t need hand-holding, and you thrive in high-autonomy, high-accountability environments

  • Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams with sales, marketing, ops, and product stakeholders

  • Clear, persuasive communicator — both externally with partners and internally with execs

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working with/worked at major HRIS players (ADP, Workday, UKG, etc.)

  • Familiarity with global employment, payroll, or EOR solutions

  • Background in partner marketing or co-marketing execution
