The role:

  • Accounts receivable monitoring and reconciliation
  • Preparing daily seller payment runs (both UK and international, bulk payments)
  • Managing failed seller payments, investigating, and resolving so sellers get paid quickly
  • Supplier and credit card reconciliations
  • Ad hoc analysis and financial project work
  • A big focus on automation and process improvement

 

We’re looking for:

  • Previous accounting experience, minimum 1 year experience·
  • Excellent communication skills with good eye for detail
  • Good IT skills including Excel. You must be comfortable handling large volumes of data
  • Comfortable managing a busy and varied role
  • Well organised and able to prioritise
