We are looking for SMB Account Executives based in Manila, to create long-term & trusting relationships with our existing customers. The role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers where you will be tasked in growing and maintaining them. This will be done through driving product adoption, delivering campaign messages, ensuring our clients meet their communication needs and actively seeking upsell opportunities. You will also be responsible for acquiring net-new customers through referrals and prospecting.
Furthermore, this role will include connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
If you are familiar with Salesforce.com, have a flair for client communication and understand customer behavior, we would like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.
