At the present time, LoanCare subservices over 1.8 million loans in 50 states, approximating $390 billion in loan balances. LoanCare has a seasoned loan servicing team with senior managers averaging nearly 30 years of experience in the mortgage and financial services industry.
According to National Mortgage News, LoanCare is the nation’s second largest subservicer. Our focus is optimizing asset performance for our clients while delivering a better borrower experience. As evidence of the 70-plus clients currently under contract, 40 have been with LoanCare at least six years and 14 for ten years or more.
Through LoanCare, our clients have access to advanced servicing technology. We utilize Black Knight's Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) system, which is the premier servicing platform in the industry, and have 35 million loans on the system. We have wrapped a number of proprietary systems around the core platform.
