Job description

About Prelude

Prelude is redefining how companies authenticate and onboard users - turning what's traditionally a cost center into a growth lever.

Our flagship product lets businesses send OTP codes with the best price-to-conversion ratio on the market, dynamically selecting the most effective channel in real time (optimized SMS, WhatsApp, and more) while actively blocking spam and fraud that legacy providers miss.

Founded in 2022 by former Zenly team members who lived the pain of broken SMS authentication firsthand, we're already serving fast-growing companies across Europe and are expanding into the US.

But authentication is only the starting point - we're building the platform for trust at scale, with an ambitious roadmap of market-defining products ahead.

Why join us

Today, we're a team of 60 and growing, based in Paris, building products that power secure and high-performance user onboarding for companies across the world. We believe small, highly skilled teams outperform large, fragmented organizations, and we are intentional about staying focused on impact, quality, and speed.

We operate with a flat org structure and value in-person collaboration, which helps ideas move faster, decisions stay grounded, and teams take full ownership of what they build.
Our values

  • Care
We care deeply about our customers, our teammates, and the quality and reliability of what we ship.

  • Bias for Action
We move fast, test in the real world, and iterate quickly rather than over-optimizing in theory.

  • Ownership
We take responsibility end to end, from identifying problems to delivering outcomes and learning from results.

About the role

Before many of our customers can send their first message in a new country, they need a registered sender ID. That makes registration one of the most direct levers we have on revenue - when a registration goes through, a new market opens. You'll run registrations from start to finish, working closely with our providers, our sales team and our customers. You'll also help make the process faster and smarter as we scale.

What you'll do

  • Run sender ID and brand registrations end to end, from collecting customer documents to confirming the sender is live.

  • Gather the right documents for each country, such as letters of authorization, business licenses and opt-in proof.

  • Follow up with our messaging providers and keep things moving when they get stuck.

  • Review message templates against carrier rules and flag anything unusual.

  • Keep our registration setup up to date across countries and providers - sometimes more than 100 countries in a month.

  • Be the go-to person for Sales on registration questions: is it needed, is it paid, how long does it take.

  • Build our registration playbook and automate the repetitive parts along the way.

  • Join provider and customer calls to explain what a market requires.

About you

  • You have 2 to 4 years of experience in SMS, CPaaS, telco, or messaging compliance.

  • You've handled sender ID registrations before, ideally in a regulated market like the US, Spain, Ireland, Australia, Vietnam or the UAE.

  • You like automating things and actively work with AI tools

  • You don't just follow the process. When a provider stalls, you find a way forward.

  • You own your cases. You follow up without being asked, and when you escalate, you bring the full context.

  • You are based in Serbia, ideally in Belgrade.

  • Experience with RCS, WhatsApp or other channel registrations is a plus.

  • A background in anti-fraud or KYC is a plus.

  • Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or French is a plus.

  • You are fully fluent in English, written and spoken.

Recruitment process

  • Screening call with Talent - 30 min

  • First interview with Ryan - 45 min.

  • Case study + debrief with Aleksandra and Quentin - 60 min.

  • Final interview with Matias - 30 min
