We're transforming the way pet parents access medications and care through our online pharmacy, delivering medications and supplements directly to their doorsteps. As we continue to grow, we're focused on creating innovative solutions that make life easier for pet parents, veterinary teams, and the pets they care for.

We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our network of veterinary partners. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving Koala Health's growth by identifying prospective veterinary clinics, initiating meaningful conversations, and generating new partnership opportunities. You'll be the first point of contact for many potential partners, helping them understand the value Koala brings to their practice and clients while laying the foundation for strong, long-term relationships.

What you'll do:

Reach out to potential veterinarian partners over the phone and email in an effort to secure a lunch and learn with the clinic

Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, follow ups, and ongoing sales activities

Proactively identify solutions to questions our potential customers have regarding the value of Koala’s unique service

Provide a best-in-class experience for our prospects while working in a fast-paced environment

Understand that each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to create a delightful experience

Work closely with other members of the B2B team to track and monitor the success of prospective partners further down the sales funnel

Successfully achieve established targets and goals

Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments

What you'll need:

High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred

2+ years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in the Animal Health Industry

Experience with high volume cold calling and prospecting

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

Experience working in Veterinary/Pet care a plus

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

Animal lover - Not required, but definitely a plus
