Stellenbeschreibung:

Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Unternehmen im Rahmen staatlich geförderter Kurse und eigenständige Begleitung durch den gesamten Förderprozess.

Aufgaben:

  • Follow-up mit Unternehmen und Nachverfolgung bestehender Leads

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung beim Förderantrag

  • Regelmäßige Kommunikation und Nachfassen bei offenen Aufgaben

  • Community Management und zentrale Ansprechperson für Unternehmen

  • Kontinuierliche Pflege und Aktualisierung des CRM

  • Strukturierte Dokumentation und Überwachung der Prozessschritte

  • Optional: Podcast-Schnitt bei entsprechender Kapazität
