Job description

Objective of the role

The information Raidiam needs to make good decisions already exists — in the sales pipeline, delivery plans, engineering estimates, finance forecasts and people plans. As PMO Analyst you will build and run the integrated portfolio and forward-capacity view, so leadership can make trade-offs deliberately rather than discovering conflicts after commitments are made.

What you will own

  • Integrated demand, capacity and commitments view — combine Sales, Delivery, Engineering and Product, Finance, HR/People, Service and Compliance inputs into one view; own the portfolio dashboard in the PMO Jira project.

  • Forward capacity — maintain the consolidated resource allocation and capacity view (including Forecast), monitor utilisation and timesheet data quality/completeness; highlight scarce-skill exposure, model the impact of new demand and track named-deputy actions.

  • Portfolio financials — track budget against actuals and support Finance with WIP, billing milestone and revenue forecast data.

  • Governance and standards — maintain stage gates, onboarding and closure checklists, templates and reporting conventions; assure standards are followed; keep change and decision logs.

  • Management rhythm — own the reporting calendar; prepare RAG, RAID and bottleneck material for the fortnightly Delivery Forum and monthly review, and exception packs for Board decisions.

  • Audit, knowledge and tooling — keep records audit-ready for ISO 27001; maintain lessons learned and templates in Confluence; support PMs in Jira and Forecast and improve data flows between systems.

What you will bring

Essential

  • Experience in a PMO, portfolio, resource planning or business analysis role in technology or professional services.

  • Strong analytical and data skills — able to reconcile incomplete or inconsistent information from multiple systems, identify exceptions and trends, and turn it into a clear, confident picture.

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and strong Jira skills (dashboards, filters, JQL); experience with Forecast or similar.

  • Experience maintaining governance standards, RAID logs and reporting cycles.

  • Clear writer who presents trade-offs simply, with the persistence to keep data current.

  • Strong communication skills, at all levels, both verbal and written

  • Complete any other tasks and/or duties you may be instructed to carry out from time to time

  • Comply with Raidiam’s Corporate Policies and Procedures

  • Comply with Raidiam’s Information Security Policies and Procedures

Desirable

Confluence and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker); project financials (margin, WIP, forecasting); ISO 27001 or audit exposure; regulated or SaaS environment; P3O, APM PFQ or PRINCE2 Foundation..
