We are searching for the best talent for IM UAM PMO Analyst

The IM UAM (Innovative Medicine User Access Management) PMO Analyst supports the effective operation of the organization by coordinating internal team activities and delivering management reporting and executive insights. The role serves as a key enabler of team effectiveness, ensuring structured planning, resource visibility, operational governance, and data-driven decision-making through high-quality reporting and analytics.

The PMO Analyst works closely with leadership, team members, and stakeholders to support strategic planning, workforce management, onboarding activities, and executive communications while maintaining reporting standards, dashboards, and performance metrics.


You will be responsible to support:


1. Internal Team Operations & Organization

  • Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, workshops, off-sites, training sessions, and engagement events.
  • Manage meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up activities.
  • Support definition, tracking, and reporting of team Goals & Objectives, activity plans, milestones, and deliverables.

2. Resource Planning

  • Support resource planning activities, including resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Maintain resource management dashboards and resource availability reports.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, contractors, and team members.

3. Management Reporting & Executive Insights

  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting solutions.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management reports.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and transform it into meaningful business insights.
  • Track operational performance metrics and identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

4. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as a central coordination point for internal team activities and communications.
  • Coordinate information gathering across team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication of priorities, actions, and decisions.
  • Support development of presentations, newsletters, and team communications.

5. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes, reporting capabilities, and ways of working.
  • Support implementation of automation, standardization, and reporting enhancements.
  • Promote best practices for planning, reporting, and team governance

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or university-level qualification in a relevant field, such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, IT, Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, business support, communication, training, or related activities.
  • Excellent presentation, visual design, and graphical communication skills, with the ability to transform complex information and data into clear, compelling, and executive-ready presentations, dashboards, reports, and visual materials.
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Smartsheet, Jira, Planner, or similar tools.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of resource management and workforce planning practices.
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industries is considered an advantage.
  • CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork attributes in a virtual/remote working environment. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days per week, with up to two remote workdays per the flexible work policy.
  • May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel
