As we continue to grow, we're investing in improving our own Finance systems, simplifying processes and making better use of technology.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with hands-on Business Analysis skills and a background in Finance Transformation to help deliver important business and technology projects.

This role combines Project Management and Business Analysis. You'll work closely with senior Finance leaders to understand business challenges, identify solutions and manage improvements through to delivery.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership, analyse complex problems and bring people together to make change happen.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working based at our Heathrow office.

  • Billing Transformation – Introducing advanced billing solutions, including usage-based billing alongside NetSuite.

  • Process Automation – Replacing manual Finance tasks with more efficient, automated processes.

  • Systems Integration – Improving how financial information moves between systems, including ERP and Salesforce platforms.

Your role will be to understand what needs improving, identify practical solutions and manage the work needed to deliver them.

These projects will help IRIS reduce errors, save time and support better financial decision-making.

👥 About the Team You'll Join

You'll join our 13-person Change Management team, reporting to the Principal Business Analyst.

The team brings together Project Managers and Business Analysts delivering technology, process improvement and business transformation projects across IRIS.

You'll work closely with senior Finance leaders, including the VP Finance, alongside Technology, Business Applications and other teams.

Regular attendance at our Heathrow office will be important for working directly with key stakeholders.

📊 What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll:

  • Analyse financial and operational data, understanding problems and recommending practical solutions.

  • Support Finance system implementations, including banking, treasury management, billing and automation.

  • Work with Technology teams, understanding how changes affect systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce and their integrations.

  • Coordinate stakeholders, managing competing priorities, resolving issues and keeping projects moving.

  • Present progress to senior Finance leaders, providing clear updates on milestones, risks and decisions required.

  • Support testing and implementation, ensuring changes work as intended and are successfully adopted.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who can lead projects AND get hands-on with Business Analysis, ideally within Finance Transformation or financial systems environments.

You'll bring:

  • Senior Project Management experience, delivering complex business or technology projects and managing multiple priorities.

  • Hands-on Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis and identifying solutions.

  • Finance or financial systems experience, ideally involving Finance Transformation, system implementations or process improvements.

  • Experience delivering technology change, including software implementations, automation or systems integration.

  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders, including Finance Directors, executives and technical teams.

  • Project governance experience, managing plans, risks, dependencies and reporting.

  • Communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence decisions, challenge constructively and drive delivery.

It would also be beneficial to have:

  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, ERP, CPQ or similar Finance systems.

  • Knowledge of banking, treasury management or billing transformation.
