  • Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business operations and decision-making.

  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring business performance.

  • Perform data validation and quality checks to identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies.

  • Use spreadsheets and data analysis tools to process, summarize, and interpret information.

  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports by translating findings into clear, actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements and provide relevant analytical support.

  • Maintain organized data records, documentation, and reporting templates.

  • Assist with ad hoc data requests, research, and special projects as needed.

  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting processes, and overall data management practices.

  • Ensure data confidentiality and comply with relevant data handling policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with relevant academic projects, internships, or practical experience are welcome to apply.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, data sorting, filtering, and pivot tables.

  • Familiarity with data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or programming languages such as Python is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful patterns.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.

  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques.
