Ons Nederlandstalige klantenteam in Athene groeit, en we zijn nu op zoek naar nieuwe collega's. Startdatum: 26 oktober 2026.

Klanten bedanken vaak wanneer een probleem eindelijk is opgelost, en dat is een groot deel van het werk. U werkt via telefoon, e-mail en chat, dus flexibiliteit hoort bij de functie.

Uw taken:

  • Stapsgewijze oplossingen uitleggen in duidelijke, eenvoudige taal
  • Los dagelijkse problemen op zonder onnodige doorverbindingen
  • Factuur- en accountvragen met zorg en nauwkeurigheid afhandelen
  • Ondersteun nieuwe collega's door praktische tips uit uw dossiers te delen

Vereisten:

  • Vloeiend Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van het Engels voor interne tools en schriftelijke documentatie
  • Heldere, professionele communicatie, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
  • Geduld en een behulpzame houding, ook in moeilijke gesprekken
  • Het vermogen om georganiseerd te blijven bij het behandelen van meerdere dossiers tegelijk
  • Een rustige werkplek en een betrouwbare internetverbinding voor thuiswerken
  • Gerechtigd om in Griekenland te werken (EU-burgerschap, een geldige werkvergunning of een bewijs van vluchtelingenbescherming)
