Customer Support Specialist - Portuguese Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

We are recruiting Portuguese speakers for a role that mixes everyday support with real problem solving in Athens. Start date: 19 October 2026.

Colleagues share tips and approaches often, so you are never working through a difficult case alone. Most of your day is spent listening, understanding the issue and explaining the next step.

Your Responsibilities:

• Use internal knowledge articles to check answers before you respond
• Meet the quality and response standards the team sets
• Keep case records accurate and up to date
• Stay calm and courteous with frustrated customers

Requirements:

• Fluent Portuguese
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Ability to stay organised when handling several cases at once
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)

Relocation Package:

• Relocation support: two weeks of hotel accommodation, a return flight from within the EU, airport pickup and help with the real estate agency fee.
