About Diamond Braces

Diamond Braces is a growing orthodontic organization with more than 50 locations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.

We are looking for an experienced Dental Recruiter who knows the dental industry and can identify, interview, and hire qualified employees for our growing organization.

Previous experience recruiting for dental practices, orthodontic offices, or dental support organizations (DSOs) is required.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit Dental Assistants, Registered Dental Assistants, Treatment Coordinators, Office Managers, and other dental professionals

  • Find qualified applicants through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach

  • Conduct video interviews and evaluate candidates

  • Manage multiple open positions across our locations

  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

  • Manage the hiring process using UKG ATS

  • Work toward weekly hiring goals

  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and reports

  • Follow up on new hires and support 30-, 60-, and 90-day retention

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of direct dental recruiting experience required

  • Experience recruiting for dental practices, orthodontic groups, or DSOs

  • Knowledge of dental positions and their qualifications

  • Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and LinkedIn

  • Strong interviewing and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple job openings independently

  • Excellent organization and follow-up

  • Comfortable working with recruiting goals and deadlines

  • Experience with UKG or another applicant tracking system preferred

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Fully remote

  • Must reside and work in the United States

  • Must be available during U.S. Eastern business hours
