Job description

The Recruiter drives the standards and practices related to world-class recruiting. Partner with HR, Senior Executives, Managers, and Practice Leaders to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of recruiting initiatives, as well as set priorities for allocation of recruiting resources. Act as a liaison between the clients and HR functional areas to provide recruiting best practices and expertise. Provide leadership education on philosophy/approach/tools as it relates to recruiting and retention and participate in the implementation of reporting to measure the success of HR recruiting strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Drive and coordinate the recruitment process, including, but not limited to the coordination and placement of ads, sourcing and screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, making offers, and candidate follow up as needed.
  • Develop and maintain company-wide standards and procedures for recruiting all levels of Teammates in the organization. This includes development of a recruiting strategy that continually replenishes the candidate pipeline based on market conditions, existing Teammates, and current/projected client engagements.
  • Develop infrastructure to support strategy including electronic or manual resume management systems, development of collateral marketing materials, and development of training to educate those individuals in a recruiting capacity (including hiring managers).
  • Present recruiting development updates at team meetings, and develop new recruiting strategies based on current company needs. Manage various recruiting responsibilities such as maintenance and mailings, placement of newspaper/internet advertising, EEOC requirement documentation, periodic re-examination of overall recruiting process and training of new recruiting managers or HR Staff.
  • Develop metrics to track and monitor recruiting success such as Time to Hire reports, open position tracking, and monitor the Request for Approval to Hire process.
  • Plan and participate in events for candidate development such as university recruiting, job fairs, industry conferences, etc.
  • Document candidate profiles, check references, and determine “matches” for open positions.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources 
  • 5+ years relevant industry experience preferred; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience
  • International recruiting experience is a plus

National average salary range: $80,000 – $90,000 (5+ years experience). Additional compensation includes bonuses and benefits (compensation factors are based upon years of relevant experience, qualifications/licensure, education, and location.) Bonuses can include but are not limited to: Long Term Incentive Plan, Short Term Incentive Plan, Profit Sharing
